Biography

Mr. William Arambula serves as Managing Partner at Kogi Capital. He brings a background in investment banking from his nine years at J.P. Morgan, three years in Latin America, and six years based in New York. He is currently co-managing Kogi Environmental Solutions, Kogi Capital's investment vehicle focused on environmental solutions with investments in air pollution control and water treatment technology. In addition, he is spearheading Kogi's effort to acquire a lower-middle market company in Vancouver, BC. He serves on the Board of Directors of El Perico Mañoso Brewing and commercial real estate manager in Colombia and a craft brewer in Panama. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Universidad de Los Andes with a major in Industrial Engineering. He holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia.
