Biography

Mr. Victor Sack serves as Managing Director and Head of Equity Capital Markets at Keefe Bruyette & Woods. Mr. Sack joined KBW in 2012 as a senior calling officer in Equity Capital Markets, responsible for structuring and executing public and private capital transactions for the firm's insurance and diversified finance clients. Mr. Sack joined KBW from Macquarie Capital, where he had a similar role in their Equity Capital Markets Group. Before Macquarie, Mr. Sack spent five years with Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Equity Capital Markets Group, working with clients in the financial institutions' industry. Mr. Sack joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2005 from Lehman Brothers, where he had spent six years split between their Equity Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Investment Banking Groups. He structured and executed public and private capital raises and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Sack graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business with M.B.A in Finance and from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics.
