Biography

Ms. Angelita de Francisco served as Chief Executive Officer at Signia Therapeutics. She previously served as Member of the Board of Administration at Holdings Incubatrices. She also founded Pilosciences and served as Chief Executive Officer. Prior to starting Pilosciences, she has contributed, from 2008 to 2012, to major corporate milestones in the development of Deinove, a biotechnology company dedicated to biofuels and green chemistry, including industrial and academics partnerships negotiation, IP portfolio management and a successful IPO. From 2000 to 2008, as Secretary General of France Biotech (the French biotech industry association), she has contributed to the adoption of the Young Innovative Company scheme by the French government and has developed the French biotechnology companies association into a dynamic network and a strong and constructive lobbying force. She has a strong experience in innovative companies creation and development, in economic intelligence avec markets research, in communication and international projects management. She holds a Master of Sciences in Biology and a Master in Scientific Communication.
