Michael Weaver General Information
Biography
Mr. Michael Weaver co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer at iSOCRATES. Mr. Weaver served as Managing Director at Triton Value Partners. He is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership and new venture development positions with Media, Digital Marketing, and Technology companies large and small. He has established himself in the online industry as both a top business development executive and an entrepreneur. Early in his career, he became the top business development executive in his digital media group at both The Walt Disney Company and AOL Time Warner. Then in 2003 he founded and led Fairchild Media, selling the company via a private transaction four years later. He went on to advise a series of technology ventures. He was an early employee at ClearSpring (now AddThis) establishing the company's NYC operation and a top source of revenue. He was employee number six at AdSafe (now Integral Ad Science) helping to establish the company as the online verification standard. He attended Tulane University's College of Engineering in New Orleans on a full scholarship. After graduating from Tulane Michael served in the United States Air Force rising to the rank of Captain and serving in Operation Desert Storm, the first Iraq war. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University Business School in New York.
