Biography

Mr. Andrew Winner serves as Principal at Mangrove Equity Partners. He is actively involved with evaluating new investment opportunities, portfolio management and deal execution. Prior to joining Mangrove, Andrew was an investment banking analyst at Stephens Inc. in Atlanta where he worked on a broad array of mergers & acquisitions and equity capital raising transactions in the industrial distribution & services and specialty finance industries. Prior to Stephens, Andrew held internships with NCCI, an actuarial services company focused on the workers compensation industry and Citi Smith Barney, a private wealth management office. Andrew received both his Master of Science in Finance and B.S.B.A. degrees from the University of Florida, where he graduated Manga Cum Laude. While at the University of Florida, Andrew was actively involved in Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Gator Growl, and is a member of the Florida Blue Key leadership honorary.
