Biography

Dr. Jeffrey Bower previously served as Director of Data Science & Psychometrics at Akili Interactive Labs. He was previously at Brown University in the Department of Cognitive, Linguistic and Psychological Sciences, where he led research that investigated the neurological correlates of motion processing deficits associated with age with the primary goal being the design of neuro-therapeutic interventions to rehabilitate visual function in the elderly. Jeff has extensive experience modeling cognitive processes and advanced knowledge of statistics, computational models, Monte Carlo simulations, psychophysics, psychometrics, and machine-learning techniques. Jeffrey earned his Ph.D. from the University of California Riverside.
