Biography

Ms. Ingrid John serves as Wealth Advisor and Senior Tax Advisor at Alexandria Capital. She manages all aspects of the firm's Tax Division including the efficient and timely filing of all client tax returns as well as supervising and training the division's staff. Her areas of expertise include financial planning and individual, trust, and estate tax planning and compliance. Ms. John is a 24-year industry veteran and holds a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist designations. She is also a member of AICPA (including the Tax and Personal Financial Planning sections). Prior to joining ACAP, Ms. John worked as a Senior Tax Consultant for Ernst & Young. Prior to that, she served a Statistician and Economist with the government of Trinidad and Tobago. She received a bachelor's degree in Economics, a master's degree in Monetary and Developmental Economics, and an MBA in Economics, all from Howard University.
