Biography

Ms. Caroline Gray serves as Chief Financial Officer at JDM Technology Group. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Explorer Software. Caroline is a Chartered Accountant with over 10-years' experience working with privately-held businesses with a focus on financial reporting, financing and process controls. Since joining Explorer in 2008 Caroline has facilitated a significant restructuring of the capital and debt structure of the group as well as raised additional financing for acquisitions, including a group of companies based in Australia and in North America. Caroline is responsible for the Global Consolidated Financial Reporting for the Group on a monthly basis and relationship management with our lenders. In addition Caroline provides support for the Finance Directors in each of the regions of the Explorer Group to ensure a consistent reporting and information flow across the Group. Prior to joining the Explorer Group, Caroline was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Private Company Services group, providing primarily audit, financial reporting and business advisory services. Caroline has a Bachelor's of Technology in Accounting Degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
