Biography

Mr. Adrian Biles is the Owner and serves as Managing Partner at Child & Child. He served as a Chief Executive Officer at The Ince Group. He has advised on a wide range of mergers, acquisitions and related transactions in respect of both private and public companies in the UK and internationally. He has led teams as adviser and principal on numerous corporate finance projects, including Stock Exchange listings, fundraisings and demergers. He also has extensive experience in contentious matters in the High Court and internationally. He joined Gordon Dadds in 2013 as Managing Partner. He qualified as a solicitor at a large City law firm in the early 1990s. He left to go into business in 1994, when he has been involved in private equity transactions across a number of business sectors, including insurance broking and underwriting, retail motor distribution and property development. He has a record of over 25 years of creating significant value for shareholders. He founded ACR Solicitors LLP in 2007 and was responsible for merging the original legal practice of Gordon Dadds into Gordon Dadds LLP in 2013 when he became managing partner and has since overseen the expansion of the Group through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth from a £2.7 million turnover business in 2013 to a £100 million annualized turnover business in 2019.
