Biography

Mr. Sean Maher serves as Managing Director of Industrial, Pritzker Realty Group at PSP Capital Partners. He joined Pritzker Realty Group in 2014 and is responsible for managing PRG's industrial and infrastructure platform. From 1997 to 2013 he worked for CenterPoint Properties and most recently served as its COO. As COO, he was responsible for the firm's largest department including asset management, property management, construction, and risk management, comprising 41 million square feet over 300 buildings with 400 tenants. Prior to his COO position there, he was SVP of Development at CenterPoint and led the development of 18 buildings totaling 8.8 million square feet representing an investment of over $273 million. Initially, he joined CenterPoint as an investment officer where his primary responsibilities were to acquire, lease, and stabilize properties. From 1997-2003 he led an acquisitions team acquiring 70 buildings totaling 9.3 million square feet with a total value in excess of $267 million. Before joining CenterPoint, he was a successful real estate broker with CB Richard Ellis and Trammel Crow Co. He graduated from St. Norbert College.
