Michael Sullivan General Information

Biography

Mr. Michael Sullivan serves as Managing Director, Industrial Pritzker Realty Group at PSP Capital Partners. He is responsible for coordinating the underwriting, financing and asset management efforts of PRG and its partners. He joined PRG's predecessor, Pritzker Realty Group, L.P., in 2002 and has been responsible for analyzing and implementing the investment strategy across commercial real estate dispositions, financings, and acquisitions across multiple product types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial and off-airport parking properties. Prior to joining PRG, he was an investment banking analyst in Lehman Brothers' Global Real Estate Group and a credit analyst at Corus Bank. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Latin and History.
