(NYSE: WGL), a Fortune 1000 diversified energy company, where he was responsible for managing all competitive businesses as well as the overall strategy for WGL. He has been a principal deal maker in dozens of transactions with a total enterprise value approaching $10 billion. He Led the $6.4B sale of a national energy company - generated the second-highest industry multiple ever paid and built a $1B commercial solar portfolio, the largest in the industry at the time. He is a serial entrepreneur with multiple start-ups and exits including three to-public companies.
