Biography

Mr. Timothy Grafe serves as Executive Vice President of Strategy at Rensa Filtration. He has over 30 years of experience in the filtration industry. He began their career in 1988 as a Mechanical Engineer at Unisys. In 1990, he joined Donaldson Company as the Vice President of New Business Development, where he managed all aspects of global M&A. He was promoted to Global Director of New Business Development and then Director of Product Development and Product Management. He was then promoted to Director of Nanofiber Media Products Business Unit and Director of Financial Operations. He also held roles as Engineering Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager for the High Purity Products Division, as well as Product Manager. In 2021, he founded T. Grafe Consulting, where he worked with clients in filtration on advising Private Equity investors on M&A opportunities, strategic analysis, due diligence, value creation, competition and market landscape. He obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Minnesota with a focus on Strategy and Marketing. Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Valparaiso University in Mechanical Engineering and Chemistry. He also serves as the Board Member at Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest.
