Biography

Ms. Connie Lee serves as Principal, Investment at Greencoat Capital. She is responsible for the origination and execution of wind farm investments, having acquired all assets in the UKW portfolio since IPO. She has 15 years of investment and advisory experience in addition to 5 years in industry. She joined Greencoat after five years at Climate Change Capital where she was responsible for leading origination and execution of transactions in a variety of renewable energy sectors, including onshore and offshore wind, solar, biomass, CCS and energy efficiency. In 2010 and 2011, she worked with Stephen Lilley and Laurence Fumagalli in the development of a listed UK wind fund, managing asset due diligence and transaction document negotiation in the process. Prior to CCC, Ms. Connie worked in the Investment Banking Division of Credit Suisse in London where she advised financial sponsors and corporate clients on numerous M&A, debt and equity capital raising transactions, primarily in the Technology industry. She started her career at General Electric's Financial Management Program and was a Finance Manager for GE Industrial Systems in the US and China. She holds a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and an International MBA (concentrations in Finance & Economics) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
