Biography

Mr. Ezra Berger serves as Chief Compliance Officer & Vice Chairman at Aquiline Capital Partners. Prior to joining Aquiline, he served as the treasurer of a private investment company. Previously, he was the vice president, treasurer, and chief financial officer of Kingston Investors Corp. He also worked in the tax department of Laventhol & Horwath, an international accounting firm. He is a certified public accountant and is a member of the New York Bar. He is a board member of Yeled v' Yalda Early Childhood Center. He received a B.B.A. from Bernard Baruch College and a J.D. and LL.M. in taxation from New York University's School of Law.
