Biography

Mr. Dustin Stitgen serves as Principal at Invision Capital. He brings over 10 years of deep analytics, financial modeling and transaction management experience to the Partnership. Mr. Stitgen joined Invision Capital in 2011. Mr. Stitgen is responsible for leading deals from term sheet through close and is involved in every aspect of the transaction including structuring, financial modeling, due diligence, legal and senior debt financing. Additionally, Mr. Stitgen is responsible for monitoring the operational activities of the portfolio, which includes daily operating metrics, weekly dashboards, monthly financial statements, quarterly compliance certificates and board meetings. Prior to joining Invision, Mr. Stitgen was an Associate for Discovery Equity Partners, a $300 million Chicago-based hedge fund. He was responsible for making investment recommendations, preparing presentations to highlight the attractiveness of a business as a takeover target and its fair change-of-control valuation and meeting with CEOs and CFOs to conduct initial company and industry due diligence. Mr. Stitgen was responsible for creating comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses for various transactions such as leveraged buyouts, discounted cash flow, earnings accretion / dilution, comparable public companies and comparable M&A transactions. Prior to Discovery Equity Partners, Mr. Stitgen was a Financial Analyst for Thompson Investment Management, an $800 million investment advisory firm during his college term. Mr. Stitgen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
