Michael Rabinowicz General Information

Biography

Mr. Michael Rabinowicz serves as Partner and General Counsel at Mangrove Capital Partners. He is responsible for deal structuring, negotiation, and execution. He also assists Mangrove's investment professionals with portfolio management matters and is actively involved in risk management and compliance activities. Before joining Mangrove, he was a Senior Associate in Baker & McKenzie's Corporate Group in London, where he advised clients on domestic and cross-border private equity, M&A, joint venture, and capital markets transactions. He also spent eight months on secondment to the Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets division of the Macquarie Funds Group as legal counsel, where he advised on private equity transactions in the infrastructure and energy sectors. He completed his degree from the University of Haifa, an MA (Master of Arts) in Law from the University of Bristol, and a BA (Bachelor of Arts) in international relations from Tufts University.
