James Masciello General Information

Biography

Mr. James Masciello serves as Principal & Portfolio Manager at Raven Capital Management. He has been in the industry since 2005 and has many years of experience investing in a broad range of asset classes, including real estate, equipment and vehicle leasing, infrastructure, and project finance, intellectual property, film and media, fine art, receivables, specialty finance, and transportation. At Raven, he focuses on deal origination, underwriting, and execution, while managing all of the firm's real estate and film & media investment opportunities. Within real estate, he has made equity and credit investments in the multifamily, condo, single-family rental, assisted living, and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining Raven, he spent several years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Special Assets Group as well as in the Alternative Assets Group where he worked with Josh Green. He received a BS in Finance from Georgetown University.
