Biography

Mr. Ryan Klinghoffer serves as Chief Executive Officer at Rio Bravo Systems. Mr. Klinghoffer served as Chief Executive Officer at Orben Comunicaciones. Previously, he served as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Klinghoffer is a Co-Founder and served as a Partner at PMD Capital Management. Ryan Klinghoffer has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ryan started their career in 2001 as an Analyst in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. Ryan then moved on to work as an Associate in Distressed Investments at Broe Growth Capital. After that, they held the position of Vice President in Special Situations & Distressed Investments at Madison Capital Management. From 2006 to 2009, Ryan served as the Director of Special Situations at Concord Capital, LLC. In 2009, they became the Managing Director at TriLinc Global, a private investment company focused on creating financial returns and social impact in emerging markets. Ryan also served as the Presidente del Consejo (Chairman of the Board) at Finclusion SAPI de CV SOFOM ENR, a holding company that owned multiple microfinance institutions in Mexico from 2012 to 2014. Ryan then joined HT2 Capital Management as a Managing Director, specializing in private equity and structured credit investments in the Financial and Business Services sector. In 2016, they transitioned to Orben Comunicaciones as the CFO, responsible for networking, cybersecurity, unified communications, and mobility solutions.
