Biography

Mr. Brandon Buchanan is a Co-Founder & serves as a Managing Partner at Meta4 Capital. He previously co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer and General Partner at Iterative Capital. He served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Metamorphic Ventures. He is responsible for overseeing the Fund's operations and legal functions. He was previously a Corporate Associate at Gunderson Dettmer, where his practice focused on representing emerging growth companies as well as representing a number of the nation's leading venture funds in their fund formation activities and investment transactions in private companies throughout the world. Prior to that, he was an M&A Associate in the Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse, where he advised clients on various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategic matters, and takeover defense. He began his career at WilmerHale, where his practice encompassed Securities Litigation, Broker-Dealer Regulation, and Investment Management law. He is a member of the New York State Bar. He holds a B.A. from Brown University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
