Biography

Mr. Rhett Trees is the Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer & Chief Compliance Officer at Seneca Capital Partners. He served as Partner at Caddis Capital Investments. He has been recognized as a visionary Real Estate executive leading organizations spanning from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. He has an extraordinary cross-functional real estate background with a documented history driving multimillion-dollar sales growth, operating income, P&L objectives and organic business development efforts. He was one of the first 20 employees at Exclusive Resorts, an internationally recognized Real Estate firm, where he was an instrumental player as the company grew from seed-capital to a $92M liquidity event. During his tenure, he closed over $100M in deals and the company grew to $1.4 billion in assets under management. Following that, he managed all sales, business development, and franchise efforts at 1-800-PACK-RAT, the nations 2nd largest Mobile Storage company. In a few short years, the company grew from 3 locations to owning/operating 78 warehouses in every major market across the country with hundreds of employees. He was actively involved as an investor and a member of the Senior Management team that orchestrated the multi-million dollar franchise consolidation and corresponding $100M strategic sale to Waste Management in 2009. As the Chief Operating Officer at THE PGA TOUR CLUB, he was responsible for all activity inside their $1B portfolio of luxury homes, golf courses, resorts and golf academies.
