Brian Tice General Information

Biography

Mr. Brian Tice served as Managing Director at Southmark Capital. He co-Founded & served as Board of Adviser at Snapcastr. He is the Co-Founder at The Charleston Property Company. He has extensive experience in sourcing and analyzing real estate development and investment opportunities, debt and equity capital fundraising, all phases of horizontal and vertical development and asset management & optimization. Prior to joining Southmark, he was a Development Executive at Clark Realty Capital in Washington, DC where he participated in the pursuit, development, acquisition and asset management for over $1B in real estate operations. Before his time at Clark Realty Capital, he was a Major in the United States Marine Corps with numerous combat and training deployments around the world with infantry units, anti-terrorism units and the elite Force Reconnaissance Company.
