Biography

Mr. Jay Pearlstein served as Managing Director & Senior Portfolio and Client Relationship Manager at CIBC Private Wealth Management. He is responsible for providing in-depth analytical equity research on several industries, including retail and consumer products. He is also co-manager of CIBC's Mid-Cap Growth Equity Portfolio. Before joining the firm in 1996, he was vice president of the equity research department and a member of the investment policy committee at Loomis, Sayles & Co. Previously, he was a senior auditor for Coopers & Lybrand. He has more than 35 years of industry experience gives him insight into the compilation of financial data and helps him in his analysis of mid-size companies.
