Biography

Mr. Prashanth Shetty is a Co-Founding Member of Capitedge India Investment Advisory. Prashanth has over 10 years of real estate and consulting experience and is a founder member of Capitedge. His key responsibilities include managing of investor relations, developing strategy for Capitedge, deal and investment structuring. At Wells Fargo, Prashanth worked as part of the team doing investment analysis, internal reporting, quarterly valuations and asset management till the date of exit. He was also involved in tracking of Foreign Direct Investment rules and Govt. policy changes towards real estate investments in India. Prior to Wells Fargo, he has worked with Ernst & Young working on Business Process Re-engineering and consulting assignments with real estate companies & housing finance institutions. Apart from Ernst & Young, he has also had experience of working with the Essar group with the finance function of their construction and oil divisions.
