Biography

Mr. Chad Magee is a Co-Founder & serves as a Managing Member at Sileo Capital. He serves as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Revive Infrastructure Group. He served as a Partner and Co-Founder at Corlex Capital. He also served as Principal at Panton Equity Partners. He was most recently Vice President, Corporate Development & Finance at ManTech International Corporation, a billion-dollar publicly traded government services provider. At ManTech, he worked closely with the company's senior leadership where he assisted with the development of corporate and M&A strategy and jointly led the company's M&A effort. Prior to joining ManTech, he spent 12 years in corporate and investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (Analyst to Principal). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University. Prior to co-founding Sileo Capital and joining Revive, he was the co-founder of Corlex Capital, an independent financial sponsor where he was responsible for executing principal investments, supporting post-acquisition management of portfolio companies, and managing day-to-day operations. Prior to Corlex, he was a Principal at Panton Equity Partners, an independent financial sponsor. Before Panton, he was Vice President, Corporate Development & Finance at ManTech International, a publicly traded government contractor. At ManTech, he jointly led all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions function for the company and also provided support to the office of the CFO and the finance and accounting function. He began his career in 1997 at NationsBank (predecessor to Bank of America Merrill Lynch) where he spent 12 years as an Analyst, Associate, Vice President, and Principal in the corporate and investment banking groups. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification in Operations from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
