Biography
Mr. Peter Sacks serves as Independent Lead Director & Member of Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at Tricon Residential. Mr. Sacks was formerly an independent director/trustee of several U.S. publicly-traded closed-end funds managed by Standard Life Aberdeen PLC, and a former trustee of Aberdeen Funds. His past directorships in Canada include Kinross Mortgage Corporation Ltd., CIBC Trust Company Ltd., CIBC Limited and Horizons BetaPro ETFs. He also served on the Investment Advisory Committee of the Ontario Public Guardian and Trustee and was Chair of the Independent Review Committee of Children's Education Funds Inc. His community service has included directorships of Young People's Theatre, Childhood Now and TSCC 1849.
