Biography

Dr. Wilderich Mueller-Wodarg serves as a Partner at Proventis Partners. He served as a Senior Advisor at Fraser Finance. He has over 16 years of corporate finance experience working with emerging and established technology and industrial companies in Europe, the USA, Japan, and Russia. Specifically, he has advised semiconductor, display, nanotech, electronics, software, IT services, gaming, telecom, capital equipment, and industrial companies on M&A, JVs, restructuring, equity, and debt financing. Notable mandates include advising Plastic Logic on four financing mandates, on the acquisition of AEG Power Solutions by a Euronext-listed SPAC, on the sale of a patent portfolio, on STMicroelectronics' acquisitions of Alcatel Microelectronics and Ravisent Technologies, and two of STMicroelectronics' convertible bond transactions, on a secondary offering for SEZ Holding (now LAM Research), on several sell-side transactions each for Siemens and Degussa Hüls (now Evonik Industries), on restructuring, primary offerings and dual-track processes.
