Dr. Middlebrook holds a bachelors degree with highest honors in biology from Abilene Christian University, a medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston and completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Connecticut. He is board-certified in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
