Biography

Mr. Frank Baier serves as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, and Member of the Management Committee at Continental Grain Company. He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ConnectOne Bankcorp. He served as an Executive at Arlon Capital Partners. Prior to joining Continental Grain Company, he was Chief Financial Officer of North Jersey Community Bank where he was responsible for the bank's business and financial strategy and oversaw the bank's accounting and investment operations. He has held senior financial executive roles at a variety of financial companies including Capital Access Network, Inc., Independence Community Bank, and ContiFinancial Corporation. He was also a consultant for Meridian Capital Group, LLC, and a partner at Columbia Financial Partners. He began his career at RJR Nabisco, Inc. in 1987. Currently, he is a Board Member of North Jersey Community Bank and the Summit Police Athletic League. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting), Cum Laude, from the W. Paul Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
