Biography
Mr. Nicolas Kahale serves as a Managing Director & Head of Middle East, Africa and Central Asia at Barings Corporate Investors. He joined Babson in October 2013 and heads the institutional business in the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia. He has previously held similar roles at the asset management divisions of Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Salomon Brothers and Deutsche Bank. He has worked in developing and enhancing relationships with SWFs, Central Banks, Government pension funds, supranational organizations, financial institutions, family offices and consultants. He has won mandates in fixed income, equity and alternatives. He has an MBA from Columbia Business School, a M.Sc. from the University of London and a BA from the American University of Beirut. He is a holder of the CFA qualification.
