Biography

Mr. Aidan Tracey serves as Executive Partner at Thomas H. Lee Partners. He also serves as Advisor and Board Member at Stage Ten. He also serves as Board Member at BazaarVoice. He brings over twenty-five years of brand building, field marketing solutions, and media experience with some of the largest brands in the world. He has provided leadership in a number of different roles including CEO, president and vice president & general manager, where he has a proven track record of delivering market-leading results. Prior to joining Thomas H. Lee Partners, he served as CEO at sgsco, a global leader in providing design to print services for global Fortune 500 companies in the CPG/Food industry. Prior to sgsco, he was president of Acosta Mosaic Group (AMG), the marketing services division of Acosta that was created with the sale of Mosaic Sales Solutions to Acosta in 2012. While CEO of Mosaic Sales Solutions, he helped grow Mosaic into a North American marketing services leader, employing over 12,000 people in the field annually and pioneering many best practices in the area of experiential marketing. He previously served as the vice president of digital media for North America at Labatt-Interbrew (now ABInBev). Prior to joining Labatt, he was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble. He is a regular industry speaker, participating at numerous events, including the Grocery Manufacturers Association CEO Executive Conference, The Shopper Marketing Expo, and client events. He holds a B.B.A from the Wilfrid Laurier University.
