Mr. Allen Palles serves as Chairman at Grand Equipment Company. Mr. Palles served as Operating Partner at Blackford Capital. Mr. Allen Palles serves as Chairman at Grand Equipment Company. Palles has over 30 years of experience in the specialty finance industry with a focus on equipment leasing. Currently, Palles is the President and Founder of The Asset Resolution Group, LLC an advisory and turn-around management firm focused in the specialty finance segment. Previously, Palles was Sr. Vice President of The Trend Exchange, Inc, a futures exchange focused on the steel industry and other underserved segments. From 1986 to 2000, Palles served as Chief Financial Officer, LNC Capital, Inc., an equipment leasing and specialty finance company specializing in the healthcare industry. Palles was formerly Treasurer of The Marmon Group, Inc. a privately held company owned by the Pritzker family. Mr. Palles is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce from DePaul University and a JD from DePaul University College of Law. He was admitted to Illinois Bar and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, as well as United States Supreme Court. He serves as Operating Partner at Blackford Capital.
