Biography

Mr. Jonathan McQueen is a Co-Founder and serves as a Managing Partner at Xplorer Capital. Mr. McQueen serves as Board Member at Durable (Business/Productivity Software). He also serves as Board Member at EverestLabs. He is an angel investor. He served as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director at Amber Composites. He also served as Chairman at GoFactory. He was a Co-Founder and served as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at CANVAS Technology. He served as Chief Executive Officer at TRB Lightweight Structures. He primarily focuses his efforts on diligencing investment pipeline deals in robotics and automation and supporting portfolio investments. He has more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur working on emerging technologies and early-stage businesses. Mr. Mcqueen is a serial entrepreneur and founded Canvas Technology, an Xplorer portfolio company, which was sold to Amazon in 2019. Prior to founding Canvas, he served as a CEO at TRB Lightweight Structures. He has also worked in engineering roles with QUALCOMM and General Atomics Predator unmanned aircraft. He received an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from the University of California, Davis.
