Sven Leissler General Information
Biography
Mr. Sven Leissler serves as Non-Executive Director at Ermgassen & Co. Obtained a degree in Business Administration ("Diplom Kaufmann") from the University of Cologne. During his studies, he also spent one semester at the Stockholm School of Economics. In 1998, he joined J.P. Morgan's European Industrial M&A team where he worked on transactions and covered clients in the sectors Automotive, Paper & Packaging, Steel as well as Industrial Conglomerates. In 2001, he joined Ermgassen & Co. He was promoted to Vice President in 2003, to Executive Director in 2008 and to Managing Director in 2011. He has advised on numerous transactions, including sell-sides, buy-sides and joint ventures for European blue-chip clients, German mid-cap clients and financial sponsors.
