Biography

Mr. Rahul Agarwal served as Principal and Associate Director at CX Partners. Prior to joining CX Partners, Rahul was with Strategic Value Partners, a US$4.0bn US-based hedge fund and before that he was part of the investments team at Baer Capital Partners, which managed a US$200mn India-focused private equity fund. As part of three-member team, Rahul made three investments with a cumulative value of US$180mn in the real estate, power and civil construction sectors in India. Rahul began his career at Ernst & Young, India in the Valuations & Business Modelling Group, where he executed over 20 engagements relating to valuations advisory, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
