Biography
Mr. John Zimmerman was a Co-Founder & served as Chief Financial Officer at Novo Oil & Gas. Previously, he Co-Owned the company. He has 7 years of corporate finance experience, specializing in: financial and strategic modeling, corporate financial planning and analysis, capital and operational budgeting, M&A analysis, and investor relations. Prior to working for PayRock Energy, John was the Director of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at Chaparral Energy and also served on a deal team focused on upstream, midstream, and oilfield sectors at Chesapeake Energy. He began his oil and gas career with Chesapeake Midstream (changed to Access Midstream Partners in July 2012) and led valuation efforts in over $1.9B of midstream asset divestitures. John received his M.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma City University in 2009 and his B.S.B. in Finance at Oklahoma City University in 2006.
