Mr. Clifford Croley serves as a Partner at Croley, Martell and Associates. Mr. Clifford Croley serves as a Partner at Main Market Partners. He serves as Chief Executive Officer at Ricerca Biosciences. Clifford is a 23 year turnaround, workout, and crisis management veteran having successfully led 100+ different significant workout and turnaround engagements. Mr. Croley has been CEO, CRO, or COO at a significant number of turnaround clients (revenue from $10 million to $250 million). Having established his Workout/Crisis Management credentials in first building a nationwide debtor-representation practice for a national advisory firm and then a regional crisis management practice for a boutique crisis management firm, Clifford has invested in a number of middle market businesses over the last two decades both individually and in partnership withwell known private equity firms. Clifford has worked with privately held distressed companies and has participated at the Board level (as both a Board Member and Board Special Advisor) in numerous situations. Historically, Clifford was CEO of companies as diverse as a regional home healthcare firm and a significant Automotive Supplier. Clifford is currently CRO of a major industrial company and a significant technical research company. Clifford has achieved B.S., M.S., and M.B.A. degrees.
