Mr. Max Klenner served as Principal at EMERAM Capital Partners. He brings broad consulting experience in Mergers & Aquisitions into the EMERAM team with a focus on goods and retail markets as well as capital market transactions. During his 5 year-employment with the Investment Banking department at Credit Suisse, he was specialised in equity capital market transactions in the Zürich office and focused on M&A transactions within the consumer goods and retail industry in Credit Suisse's London office. In several successful transactions, Max was involved as consultant for both, sellers and buyers. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
