Biography
Ms. Sophie Flak serves as a Member of the Executive Board, a Member of the Partners Committee & Managing Partner, ESG, and a Digital Director at Eurazeo. She serves as a Board Member at Questel. She joined Eurazeo in 2013, bringing with her 20 years of experience in sustainable and technological transformation of leading international groups. With its ESG program, O+, Eurazeo has become a pioneering force in sustainability and the Group is now recognized as the leading capital investment firm in this area. Beforehand, Ms. Flak spent 11 years at Accenture where she became Senior Executive within the strategy division. She notably initiated the development of Accenture France's sustainable development consulting business. In 2010, she joined AccorHotels as a member of the Executive Committee in charge of the group's transformation, including technologies, organization, and CSR globally. Graduated from IEP Strasbourg and EM Lyon, Ms. Flak is a former member of the EFRAG Project Task Force on climate, of the National Digital Council. She served as a Supervisory Board Member at Seqens.
