Biography

Mr. David Keir serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Port of Brisbane. Mr. Keir served as Managing Director, Board of Directors, and Chief Executive Officer at Devine. Mr. Keir has more than 25 years of experience across a diverse range of roles within the property industry including town planning, project management, operations, and construction. His broad-based experience in urban development provides him with an in-depth understanding of all elements of development, including acquisition, funding, development, and sales and marketing. He joined Devine as Chief Executive Officer in March 2010 and was appointed Managing Director on 1 April 2010. Immediately prior to joining Devine, he was CEO of Delfin Lend Lease where he also held a variety of other roles after joining the company in 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, in Built Environment, a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning, and a Graduate Diploma in Project Management and has completed a number of executive leadership programs at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
