Biography

Mr. Josh Foster serves as Principal at BW Forsyth Partners. He joined the team in 2014 as an Associate, with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions and supporting our operating companies' senior leadership teams on key strategic initiatives. During his time at BW Forsyth Partners, he has primarily worked with EMA and Baldwin while also assisting on the group's most recent new platform acquisition, HawkeyePedershaab. Currently, he is most active with the EM team, where he has supported the platform through multiple bolt-on acquisitions and collaborated with the senior leadership team to develop and execute several operational improvement projects. Previously, he spent three years at Lincoln International, a middle market sell-side investment bank in Chicago. While at Lincoln International, he completed transactions in a variety of industries including electronics, packaging, and business services. He holds B.S. dual degrees in Finance and Accounting (High Honors), University of Illinois, as well as an M.B.A. degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
