Tony Cascio Ph.D General Information

Biography

Dr. Tony Cascio serves as Managing Director & Deputy Chief Information Officer at Hancock Timber Resource Group. He served as Senior Vice President, Investments at Resource Management Service. He is responsible for ensuring that client interests are met, including guiding investment activities to ensure compliance with stated objectives agreed to with clients; monitoring investment performance; and reporting and communicating results to clients. In addition, he is directly involved with business development activities, structuring investment agreements, and designing timberland investment goals and constraints. Before joining HTRG in 2016, Tony was the Senior Vice President, Investments with Resource Management Service, LLC where he was directly involved in portfolio management, client relations, business development and investment research. Tony holds a Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, an MS in Forestry from North Carolina State University and a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University. Tony was also a Captain in the US Army Reserve.
