Biography

Ms. Amy Golding serves as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Opus Talent Solutions & Opus Recruitment Solutions. She also Co-Founded a Recruitment Entrepreneur. She is a Co-Founder and served as Chief Strategy Officer at Hamilton Bradshaw. After graduating from Cambridge in 2008, Amy was involved in the set-up and growth of three start-up companies before joining Deloitte's Strategy Practice. She specialized in business advisory for large strategic growth projects and M&A due diligence. Amy joined HB as a Business Advisor to James, and whilst in that role she brought to light the success HB had achieved in the start-up space. Amy co-founded Recruitment Entrepreneur with James and today, Amy is responsible for the strategy, direction, and vision of Recruitment Entrepreneur. She works closely with Chairman James Caan and CEO Ryan Cleland Bogle on setting up new initiatives such as the James Caan Talent Academy.
