Biography

Mr. Antony Besso serves as Chairman at Outworx Group. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer at the company. He serves as a Partner in, Operations of Mill Point Capital. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Outworx Group (including as its former Interim Chief Executive Officer), Nursery Supplies and MPP and previously served as the Executive Chairman of Spire Power Solutions prior to Mill Point's exit. He is a seasoned operator with experience managing complex situations and selling products and services to both private and public entities. He was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Mirion Technologies, where he helped create a leader in radiation measurement serving the nuclear power, medical, military, and homeland security markets. His experience also includes senior management roles at global engineering group ALSTOM SA, including Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Business Development where he led the sale of non-core assets with over $1 billion in revenues and then as Managing Director of the Motors and Generators Business, which is now part of General Electric. He was a Founding Partner of Adventure Business Partners, a leading independent consulting firm for private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies. He earned a B.A. with Honors from Queen's University and an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University.
