David Wagner General Information

Biography

Mr. David Wagner serves as a Board Member at Kognitiv Spark. Mr. David Wagner serves as President at D & A Wagner and Associates, He served as Chief Executive Officer, Director & Board Member at Atlantic Hydrogen. He has degrees in business and computer science and more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and business management at the highest levels, including president and CEO of Unisys Canada Inc. Before joining AHI, he was a principal in Accelerator Inc., a consulting firm that provided specialty services to start-up companies. He has sat on the board of directors for several organizations ranging from new enterprises to not-for-profit agencies. His role at AHI is to direct the overall activities of AHI as it develops the CarbonSaver technology for preparation for entry into the commercial realm. David was added to the Board of Directors in June 2008.
