Biography

Mr. Meni Maor serves as Managing Partner at Mobilitech Capital. Mr. Maor served as Executive Chairman at PDP Tech. He serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at Elencon. He serves as Executive Chairman at Siga OT Solutions. He also served as Chief Executive Officer and was the Founder of Horizon GreenTech Ventures. He served as a board member at optiQGain and as a Board Member at Beta-O2 Technologies and EVR Motors. Since 2011, he has served as the founder & the CEO of Horizon GreenTech Ventures, a director in 10 portfolio startups, as well as heading the Innovation Center for Green Energy at Rotem Industries Ltd. He occupies Prior to that, he functioned as the Director of Business Development at Rotem Industries since 2004. He holds an MBA and BA in International Business Administration from the University of West of England (UK), and since 1998, gained substantial experience in managerial, business development & marketing positions in a variety of start-ups, as well as multinational companies. In the past 5 years, intensively engaged as a senior manager, consultant, venture capital specialist, and business development leader of green energy innovative technologies in Israel. He is an active executive in several successful industrial and technological companies, and in venture capital since 2001. Substantial experience in the innovation space of Energy, Mobility & industrial domains. He served as founder & managing director of Horizon GreenTech Ventures, active chairman & director in over 12 startups, extensive skill and experience in business development, strategic leadership, and fundraising.
