Biography

Mr. Toyoshi Hizatsuki serves as Manager, Investment Management Dept. at Mitsubishi Motors Corp (U.S. Auto Plant). He served as Principal at Ant Capital Partners. In 2000 he was sent to the US to start up a new plant for a US metal processing company. Afterwards, he was responsible for M&A, divestitures, and operations at operating companies in the steel products sector located in North America, Latin America, the UK, and ASEAN countries. From 2002 to 2007 he was engaged in post-deal value creation for J-REITs at Mitsubishi Corp-UBS Realty Inc. after financing was obtained and investments were made in real estate. After being engaged in deal sourcing and advisory work for Japan-China cross-border private equity funds while a director at Kizuna Capital Partners in 2012, he was assigned to Ant Capital in 2013. Mr. Hizatsuki is a graduate of Hitotsubashi University's Faculty of Commerce and Management.
