Biography

Mr. Douglas Williams served as Executive Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Operating Officer at Signature Office REIT. Mr. Williams is highly experienced in finance and accounting for both domestic and multi-national companies. His tenure includes nearly 15 years as an executive financial officer with Wells Real Estate Funds. Prior to Wells, he was Vice President - Controller at OneSource, Inc., a facilities service provider for office, industrial, and retail buildings. Mr. Williams began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick, where he obtained his CPA certification. Mr. Williams is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of CPAs. He received a B.A. in Fine Arts and an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Dartmouth College.
