Biography

Ms. Zhang Yan serves as Chief Financial Officer at AbogenBio. She served as Venture Partner at MSA Capital. She joined Abbio in July 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer. She has more than 15 years of global investment and financing management experience in the fields of biotechnology and healthcare. Before joining Aibbio, Ms. Zhang Yan served as a venture partner of Heyu Capital and worked as a partner of Ping An Venture Capital under the Ping An Group, focusing on early-growth investment and M&A projects in the pharmaceutical and medical industry, as well as overseas investment. Prior to this, Ms. Zhang Yan served as the executive director of Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, focusing on investment banking in the healthcare industry in Greater China. She has worked on the West Coast of the United States for many years and participated in and led a large number of European and American biomedical and diagnostic mergers and acquisitions.
