Biography

Mr. Stanley Huang serves as Managing Director at Atar Capital. He primarily focuses on evaluating new investment opportunities, performing due diligence, and providing financial and operational oversight of portfolio companies. Prior to joining Atar Capital, He was CFO of Revolution Capital where he was responsible for overseeing the FP&A functions of portfolio companies and providing operational oversight. He has corporate finance experience where he served as the Sr. Director of Finance at Murad and was responsible for enterprise-wide analytics, reporting, and budgeting. He also served as VP of Strategic Planning for Goldline International, managing day-to-day cash flow forecasts, evaluating new business opportunities, and working on strategic corporate initiatives. He also spent 11 years in M&A advising both financial and strategic buyers through financial and operational due diligence and has spent time at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, McGladrey, and Duff & Phelps, advising on over $2 billion in transaction value. As part of his M&A career, He also spent time at Platinum Equity evaluating deals, performing due diligence, and working with lenders, both domestically, and internationally in Europe. He holds a B.S. in Economics from The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School, and is a licensed CPA in the state of California.
